Anxiety is an emotion that is normal for everyone to feel, especially in this pandemic! Just know that you are not alone and it is okay to be feeling anxious. Below you will find a youtube video (made by us) that explains the symptoms of anxiety and some tips to help you manage at home!

Anxiety shows up differently for everyone and can appear at any age. Some children and youth who have anxiety can appear to be more quiet and go unnoticed. Anxiety in adults tends to be more noticed because it is more noticed as it can affect daily functioning. Check out the Anxiety Canada link at the bottom of the page for more info!
