We also recommend the book “Loneliness” by Clark E. Moustakas. His book is written from his own experiences through loneliness, he tells his story and goes on to explain the feelings and experiences associated with loneliness. It’s a great book when you need to be reminded that you’re not alone in your loneliness. The digital version of the book costs $6.36, here is a link to the book, the beginning of the book is available for free through google. https://play.google.com/store/books/details?id=l11ODQAAQBAJ&rdid=book-l11ODQAAQBAJ&rdot=1&source=gbs_vpt_read&pcampaignid=books_booksearch_viewport
