Connection/Disconnection

A lot of stress and anxiety can lead to one feeling disconnected from themselves. Feeling connected to yourself is important if you want to feel the connection for others.

Some ways to get reconnected with yourself are : Breathing and meditation, self-reflection, opening up to someone, and doing something you love.

This pandemic hasn’t been easy on all of us and we want you to know you are not alone! Feeling disconnected from others is okay to be feeling especially when we don’t get to enjoy that physical connection anymore with our friends and family.
